Warwickshire Police Reduce the cost of their 2010 BikeSafe Rider Skills Workshops

BikeSafe is a National initiative run by police forces around the UK who work with the whole of the biking world to help to lower the number of motorcycle rider casualties, by holding assessment rides and 1 day rider skills workshops throughout the year.

Senior officers in Warwickshire recognise the value that BikeSafe has in reducing the number of Bikers who are killed or who suffer life-changing injuries in collisions, and because of this Warwickshire are now offering 1 day Rider Skills Workshops at a vastly reduced cost of just £30.00.

These workshops are run from The Heritage Motor Centre at Gaydon, which is situated on the B4100 between Warwick and Banbury. Directions via their web site, www.heritage-motor-centre.co.uk

The Workshops include input from Police Officers, other outside organisations, such as RoSPA and the IAM and include assessed Ride outs.

You will need a full motorcycle licence, be in possession of your insurance and MOT test certificate (if applicable).

You will obviously need a road legal bike and must wear suitable clothing.

BIKESAFE WARWICKSHIRE
PRIZE DRAW

BikeSafe Warwickshire will be entering everyone who attends one of their courses into a PRIZE DRAW which will be drawn on the last course of 2010. Prizes can be redeemed in 2011 and include places on Ron Haslam's Race School and the California Superbike School.

Ron Haslam Race School are offering a couple of places for the BikeSafe Warwickshire PRIZE DRAW winners at their school at Silverstone Race Track.

The Race School also has an offer on the next two schools Premier at £240 instead of £279 for riders quoting Bikesafe, and thereafter anyone who books on through Bikesafe can have the price at 10% off the normal rate.

California Superbike School

California Superbike School have given 2 FREE PLACES at their Race School for BikeSafe Warwickshire PRIZE DRAW.
