The workshops detailed on this page are for the aim of reducing motorcycle casualties, enhancing your skill levels as well as being enjoyable. The days will be staffed by operational Advanced Police Class 1 motorcyclists with assistance from accredited IAM and ROSPA observers.

The days will be held at Dorking Police Station, Moores Road, Dorking RH24 2BQ and will be of a one day duration commencing at 9am finishing no later than 5pm. There will normally be space for a total of 12 riders in one day.

The day will consist of a brief powerpoint presentation on motorcycle roadcraft followed by a number of observed runs. The ratio of observer to rider will normally be 1 to 2.

The aim is to be as practical as possible and riders will normally be paired with another rider according to their experience, aims and wishes.The cost will be £50.00 per person. This will include a packed lunch and some post course literature.
